Work With Me

I work with individuals, couples and groups, exploring relationships, rupture, belonging, identity and the patterns that shape how we live and relate.

You do not need to understand Family Constellations before beginning. You simply need something you are willing to look at differently.

1:1 Systemic Work

Private sessions for exploring recurring patterns, relationships, family dynamics, rupture, identity, belonging and areas of life where intellectual understanding has not necessarily created movement.

My 1:1 practice combines systemic constellation work with embodied enquiry, language, parts work and metacognitive awareness.

Together, we can explore both what may be operating within the wider system and the meanings and patterns you have developed within yourself.

Couples

Two people meet, but so do two histories and two family systems.

Systemic couples work looks beyond who is right or wrong to consider the relationship itself — the dynamics developing between two people and what each may be bringing from their own family history and experience of relationship.

The work creates space to explore recurring patterns, understand what may sit beneath them and consider what becomes possible when the relationship is seen differently.

Group Constellations

Group workshops offer an opportunity to experience constellation work collectively.

You may bring an issue of your own or participate as a representative within another person's constellation.

The group becomes part of the process, creating a living representation through which relationships, dynamics and patterns can be explored.

What might bring you to the work?

You might be experiencing:

A recurring pattern
Something that seems to happen again and again, despite your awareness of it.

A relationship difficulty
Questions around intimacy, conflict, family or partnership.

A rupture or loss
Breakup, separation, grief or a significant change in your life.

A question of belonging or identity
Family, culture, faith, adoption, origin or the roles you have learned to occupy.

A sense of being stuck
Understanding something intellectually but finding yourself returning to the same place.

You don't need to arrive with a clear explanation
or know exactly what you want to work on.
